用户协议（最终用户许可协议）
欢迎使用 Mola相机。本应用由上海视界象限科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）开发与运营。请在使用前仔细阅读本协议。您点击同意或继续使用本应用，即表示您已阅读并同意受本协议约束；若您不同意，请停止使用本应用。
一、服务说明
本应用向您提供相机拍摄辅助、设备端图像处理、实时调色风格、可选的云端 AI 拍摄分析与引导、照片点评和文案生成等功能。本应用当前不提供手机号登录、账号注册、广场/社区发布、评论、关注或公开个人主页功能。
二、使用规范
- 您无需注册或登录即可使用本应用。
- 您不得利用本应用制作、复制、传播含有法律、行政法规禁止的内容，不得侵犯他人知识产权、肖像权、隐私权等合法权益。
- 您应对您创建、处理、保存或在应用外分享的照片、文字、提示词等内容自行承担责任。
三、AI 与第三方服务
当您主动使用云端 AI 功能时，我们会在征得您同意后，将该次功能涉及的图像及相关提示文本通过 HTTPS 加密传输至第三方 AI 服务提供方，用于获取分析与文字建议。AI 结果仅供参考，可能存在不准确或不适用于特定场景的情况。与人脸数据、图像传输范围及个人信息的详细说明，以《隐私政策》全文为准。
四、订阅、积分与购买
- 会员订阅：包月 / 包年为自动续期订阅（auto-renewable subscription）。订阅在当前周期结束前 24 小时内自动续费并向您的 Apple ID 账户收取费用，除非您在到期前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费。购买后可在「设置 > Apple ID > 订阅」中随时管理或取消。
- 永久会员：为一次性买断（非订阅），付款后长期享有对应权益。
- 价格与时长：各档订阅的标题、时长与价格以应用内购买页面及 App Store 的实时展示为准；价格可能因地区与汇率不同。
- 积分：部分功能（如 3D 生成）可能消耗虚拟积分。积分仅可通过 Apple 应用内购买获得，只能在本应用内使用，不具有现金价值、不可转让、不可兑换现金。
- 付款与退款：所有购买通过 Apple 应用内购买完成，退款及账单问题适用 Apple 的相关规则。
五、知识产权
本应用的界面设计、标识、软件及文档等受法律保护；未经权利人许可，您不得对软件实施反向工程、破解或超出授权范围的传播、商用。您创作的照片及其他原创内容，知识产权依法归您或相应权利人享有，但您应保证不侵害他人权利。
六、免责声明
- AI 的分析结果与拍摄建议仅供辅助参考，不构成专业意见。
- 因不可抗力、网络或电信服务、第三方服务、终端设备等造成的中断、延迟或异常，在法律允许范围内，我们不承担间接或惩罚性赔偿责任，但将尽力提供合理协助。
- 虚拟积分等数据可能依赖本地存储与 Apple iCloud 键值存储，设备设置、Apple ID 状态或系统限制可能影响同步效果。
七、协议变更
我们可根据法规与业务情况修订本协议，并在本页面更新最近更新日期，或在应用内以其他合理方式提示。修订后您继续使用即视为接受；若您不同意，请停止使用本应用。

Terms of Service (End User License Agreement)
Welcome to Mola Cam. This app is developed and operated by Shanghai Vision Quadrant Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the app. By tapping Agree or continuing to use the app, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
1. Service Description
This app provides camera shooting assistance, on-device image processing, real-time photographic styles, optional cloud AI shooting analysis and guidance, photo review, and caption generation. The app currently does not provide phone-number login, account registration, Square/community publishing, comments, following, or public profile features.
2. Usage Rules
- You may use the app without registering or logging in.
- You may not use this app to create, copy, or distribute content prohibited by law or regulations, or to infringe upon others' intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy, or other lawful rights.
- You are responsible for the photos, text, prompts, and other content you create, process, save, or share outside the app.
3. AI and Third-Party Services
When you voluntarily use cloud AI features, we transmit, with your consent, images and related prompt text involved in that session to a third-party AI provider via HTTPS encryption to obtain analysis and text suggestions. AI results are for reference only and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for some scenes. For details on face data, image transmission scope, and personal information, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions, Credits and Purchases
- Membership subscriptions: Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. A subscription automatically renews and is charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Lifetime membership: a one-time, non-subscription purchase that grants the corresponding benefits on a long-term basis.
- Price and length: the title, length, and price of each plan are shown in the app's purchase screen and on the App Store in real time; prices may vary by region and exchange rate.
- Credits: some features (such as 3D generation) may consume virtual credits. Credits can be obtained only through Apple In-App Purchase, may be used only within this app, have no cash value, and are non-transferable and non-refundable for cash.
- Payment and refunds: all purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase, and refund or billing issues are subject to Apple's applicable rules.
5. Intellectual Property
The interface design, marks, software, and documentation of this app are protected by law. Without authorization, you may not reverse-engineer, crack, or distribute the software beyond the scope of your license. Photos and other original content you create belong to you or the applicable rights holder under applicable law, provided they do not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Disclaimers
- AI analysis results and shooting suggestions are for assistance only and do not constitute professional advice.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or punitive damages arising from force majeure, network or telecom service issues, third-party services, or device issues, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
- Some data, such as virtual credits, may rely on local storage and Apple iCloud key-value storage. Device settings, Apple ID status, or system restrictions may affect synchronization.
7. Amendments
We may revise these Terms based on applicable laws or business requirements and will update the “Last Updated” date on this page or provide notice within the app by other reasonable means. Continued use after revision constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
