隐私政策
欢迎使用 Mola相机。本应用由上海视界象限科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）开发与运营。我们重视您的隐私与安全。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储与共享与您相关的信息。使用本应用即表示您理解并同意本政策；若您不同意，请停止使用本应用。
一、当前账号与社区功能状态
本应用当前不提供手机号登录、账号注册、广场/社区发布、评论、关注或公开个人主页功能。我们不会要求您提供手机号用于登录，也不会在应用内运营向其他用户公开展示您照片或文字的社区功能。
二、我们收集哪些信息
- 照片：您通过相机拍摄或选择用于处理、AI 点评、文案生成、AI 辅助拍摄或保存的内容。
- 文本：您输入的拍摄意图、AI 提示词、朋友圈文案及其他您主动输入的文字。
- 设备与日志：为保障服务质量与安全，我们可能收集非精确设备信息，例如系统版本、崩溃日志等，不包含通讯录、短信内容或通话记录。
- 应用内购买与积分：Apple 处理付款信息；我们不会接收完整银行卡号。我们可能使用 Apple 交易信息及本地 / iCloud 键值存储维护虚拟积分余额与购买记录。积分仅用于应用内 AI 功能。
三、人脸数据（Face Data）
为实现设备端人像美化效果，我们可能使用 Apple 设备端 Vision 框架，在内存中获得人脸在画面中的大致位置（边界框），用于定位局部图像处理范围。该过程在您的 iPhone / iPad 上完成，人脸检测结果不会传输至我们的服务器。
人脸相关数据不会用于身份识别、用户画像、广告定向或与照片增强无关的任何目的。设备端人脸检测产生的中间数据仅驻留在内存中，在处理完成后即被释放，不做持久化存储。
四、第三方 AI 服务（图像传输与用途）
当您主动使用 AI 拍照分析、AI 辅助、AI 点评、文案生成或风格引导等功能时，我们会在征得您同意后，将该次功能涉及的图像及相关提示文本通过 HTTPS 加密传输至第三方 AI 服务，用于生成文字建议或分析结果。
- 服务提供方：当前为阿里云通义千问（DashScope）视觉模型，由阿里巴巴云计算有限公司提供，域名包括但不限于
dashscope.aliyuncs.com。 - 传输内容：主要为您拍摄或选择用于分析的静态照片以及相关提示文本。我们不会传输通讯录、短信内容或与该功能无关的文件。
- 使用目的：获取拍摄引导、构图与光线建议、照片点评或社交文案建议，并在应用内展示给您。
- 您的控制：您可以在功能入口拒绝同意；拒绝后，相关云端 AI 分析不会执行，您仍可使用本地拍摄与基础功能。
第三方服务方的数据处理方式可能随其官方规则更新而变化，请查阅其最新公示文件：阿里云法律声明及隐私权政策、通义千问 / 百炼产品帮助。
五、权限说明
- 相机：拍摄照片与实时取景。
- 相册：保存作品、读取您选择的照片。
- 麦克风 / 语音识别（若启用）：语音意图输入与转文字。
- 位置（若您授权）：可为照片记录拍摄地点；若拒绝，不影响核心拍摄与 AI 分析功能。
六、存储与安全
- 我们使用 HTTPS 等业界常见措施保护传输安全。
- 虚拟积分与购买记录可能存储在本地，并通过与您 Apple ID 相关的 Apple iCloud 键值存储在支持的设备间同步，以便保留积分。
- 照片仅在您主动保存，或 AI 辅助拍摄流程明确自动保存选区照片时写入您的本地相册。
七、未成年人
若您未满当地法律规定的年龄，请在监护人同意与指导下使用本应用。我们不以未成年人为主要受众主动收集超出服务必要的信息。
八、您的权利
在适用法律允许的范围内，您可请求访问、更正、删除与您使用本应用相关的信息，或限制某些处理。由于本应用当前不提供账号登录，部分数据可能仅存在于您的设备、Apple 系统或第三方 AI 服务的当次处理流程中。
九、政策变更
我们可能适时修订本政策，并在本页面更新最近更新日期。重大变更时，我们将通过应用内提示或其他合理方式告知。

Privacy Policy
Welcome to Mola Cam. This app is developed and operated by Shanghai Vision Quadrant Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). We take your privacy and security seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information related to you. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
1. Current Account and Community Status
The app currently does not provide phone-number login, account registration, Square/community publishing, comments, following, or public profile features. We do not ask you to provide a phone number for login, and we do not operate an in-app public community where your photos or text are displayed to other users.
2. Information We Collect
- Photos: content you capture through the camera or select for processing, AI review, caption generation, AI-assisted shooting, or saving.
- Text: shooting intent, AI prompt text, captions, and other text you voluntarily enter.
- Device and logs: to maintain service quality and security, we may collect non-precise device-related information such as OS version and crash logs. This does not include your contacts, SMS messages, or call history.
- In-app purchases and credits: Apple handles payments. We do not receive your full card number. We may use Apple transaction information and device/iCloud key-value storage to maintain your virtual credit balance and purchase records. Credits are used only for in-app AI features.
3. Face Data
To apply on-device effects such as face-related beauty adjustments, we may use Apple's on-device Vision framework to obtain an approximate face bounding box in memory. This is used solely to target local image processing. The process runs on your iPhone/iPad, and the face-detection result is not transmitted to our servers.
Face-related data is not used for identity recognition, user profiling, ad targeting, or any purpose unrelated to photo enhancement. Intermediate data produced by on-device face detection resides only in memory and is released after processing completes. It is never persisted.
4. Third-Party AI Services
When you voluntarily use AI photo analysis, AI Assist, photo review, caption generation, or style-guidance features, we transmit, with your consent and over HTTPS, the images and related prompt text involved in that session to a third-party AI service to generate text suggestions or analysis results.
- Provider: currently Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Qianwen (DashScope) visual model, provided by Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., via domains including
dashscope.aliyuncs.com. - What is transmitted: primarily the still photo you capture or select for analysis and related prompt text. We do not transmit your contacts, SMS content, or unrelated files.
- Purpose: to obtain shooting guidance, composition/lighting suggestions, photo reviews, or social-caption suggestions, which are displayed to you within the app.
- Your control: you may decline consent at the feature entry point. If you decline, cloud AI analysis will not run; you can still use local shooting and basic features that do not rely on this service.
The provider's data-handling practices may change with their official terms. Please consult their current public documentation: Alibaba Cloud Legal Statement and Privacy Policy, Model Studio / Tongyi Qianwen documentation.
5. Permissions
- Camera: capturing photos and providing live preview.
- Photo Library: saving your work and reading photos you select.
- Microphone / Speech Recognition, if enabled: voice-intent input and speech-to-text.
- Location, if authorized: optionally tagging the location of photos. Declining does not affect core shooting or AI analysis.
6. Storage and Security
- We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit, such as HTTPS.
- Virtual credits and purchase records may be stored locally and synchronized through Apple's iCloud key-value storage tied to your Apple ID, so your credits can be retained across supported devices.
- Photos are saved to your local photo library only when you choose to save them or when an AI-assisted capture workflow explicitly auto-saves the selected photo.
7. Minors
If you are below the age of consent under applicable local law, please use this app under parental or guardian supervision and consent. We do not actively collect information beyond what is necessary for the service from minors.
8. Your Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of information related to your use of this app, or restriction of certain processing. Because the app currently does not provide account login, some data may exist only on your device, in Apple's systems, or with the AI provider for the relevant session.
9. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy from time to time and update the “Last Updated” date on this page. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notices or other reasonable means.
