隐私政策

欢迎使用 Mola相机。本应用由 上海视界象限科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）开发与运营。我们重视您的隐私与安全。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储与共享与您相关的信息。使用本应用即表示您理解并同意本政策；若您不同意，请停止使用本应用。

【特别提示：我们处理的个人敏感信息】

为实现拍摄、登录、支付与故障排查等功能，本应用及所接入的第三方 SDK 会处理以下个人敏感信息，特向您突出明示：

（1）设备标识信息：设备 MAC 地址、设备序列号、IMEI、Android ID、OAID 等设备识别码；

（2）照片与图像信息：您拍摄或选择用于处理、保存、AI 分析的照片，及其中可能包含的人物图像。

上述敏感信息的收集目的、收集方式与对应的第三方 SDK 明细，详见本政策第二、四、五节。除实现相应功能所必需外，我们不会收集与功能无关的敏感信息，也不会将其用于用户画像或广告推送。

一、当前账号与社区功能状态

本应用提供微信授权登录，用于开通会员、记录 AI 使用额度等账号相关功能。除此之外，本应用不提供手机号登录、广场/社区发布、评论、关注或公开个人主页功能。我们不会要求您提供手机号用于登录，也不会在应用内运营向其他用户公开展示您照片或文字的社区功能。您可随时在「我的」页面注销账号，详见下文「九、您的权利」。

二、我们收集哪些信息

1. 您在使用中产生的内容

照片：您通过相机拍摄或选择用于处理或保存的内容。
文本：您输入的拍摄意图、AI 提示词及其他您主动输入的文字。

2. 设备与日志信息

为保障服务质量、账号安全、支付风控与故障排查，我们及所接入的第三方 SDK 可能收集以下设备相关信息：设备标识信息（如设备 MAC 地址、设备序列号、IMEI、Android ID、OAID 等设备识别码）、设备型号、操作系统版本、设备设置、崩溃与运行日志等。
为完成微信/支付宝登录、分享与支付功能，相关支付与开放平台 SDK 可能检测您设备中是否已安装对应应用（读取本应用相关的已安装应用信息），用于判断能否唤起微信/支付宝完成支付或分享。
上述信息不包含您的通讯录、短信内容或通话记录。设备标识与已安装应用检测信息主要由第三方 SDK 在其功能范围内收集与使用，详见下文「第三方 SDK 目录」。

3. 传感器信息

为实现取景时的「水平仪」辅助线（提示画面是否水平），我们会读取设备加速度传感器（重力/加速度）数据，实时计算设备的倾斜（滚转）角度。
收集方式：通过系统传感器接口实时读取，仅在您使用相机取景界面时读取，退出即停止。
使用范围：该数据仅在您的设备本地内存中用于绘制水平参考线，不会被存储、不会上传至我们的服务器或任何第三方，也不用于识别您的身份或任何其他用途。

4. 应用内购买

若开通会员等应用内购买，支付将通过应用内支付渠道（如支付宝、微信支付）完成；我们不会接收或存储您的完整银行卡号。为完成支付与风控，支付渠道 SDK 可能收集设备标识、MAC 地址、设备序列号及已安装应用信息，详见下文「第三方 SDK 目录」。

三、人脸数据（Face Data）

本应用不收集、不上传、不存储可用于识别您个人的生物特征数据（如人脸模板、深度图、面部几何网格等）。

为实现仅在设备端完成的取景引导与人像相关功能，我们可能使用系统提供的设备端人脸检测能力，在内存中获得人脸在画面中的大致位置（边界框），用于定位局部处理范围。该过程在您的手机上完成，人脸检测结果不会传输至我们的服务器。

人脸相关数据不会用于身份识别、用户画像、广告定向或与拍摄辅助无关的任何目的。设备端人脸检测产生的中间数据仅驻留在内存中，在处理完成后即被释放，不做持久化存储。

四、第三方 AI 服务（图像传输与用途）

当您主动使用 AI 拍照分析、AI 辅助或风格引导等功能时，我们会将该次功能涉及的图像通过 HTTPS 加密传输至第三方 AI 服务，用于生成文字建议或分析结果。

服务提供方：当前为国内大模型服务商（包括但不限于阶跃星辰、阿里云通义千问 DashScope、火山引擎豆包）。
传输内容：主要为您拍摄或选择用于分析的静态照片以及相关提示文本。我们不会传输您的通讯录、短信内容或与该功能无关的文件。
本应用的目的：获取拍摄引导、构图与光线建议，并在应用内展示给您。
您的控制：不使用 AI 功能时，相关云端分析不会执行；您仍可使用不依赖该服务的本地拍摄与基础功能。

服务方对传输数据的具体处理方式可能随其官方规则更新而变化，请查阅其最新公示文件。

五、第三方 SDK 目录

为实现登录、分享、支付等功能，本应用接入了以下第三方 SDK。这些 SDK 可能在其功能所需范围内收集、使用您的个人信息。SDK 的具体信息处理规则以其官方公示为准。

1. 微信OpenSDK Android

SDK 名称：微信OpenSDK Android
开发者：深圳市腾讯计算机系统有限公司
使用目的：微信登录、微信分享、微信支付。
收集的个人信息：设备标识信息（如设备 MAC 地址、设备序列号、Android ID、OAID 等）、网络状态信息，以及是否已安装微信应用的检测信息。

2. APP支付客户端SDK

SDK 名称：APP支付客户端SDK
开发者：支付宝(杭州)信息技术有限公司
使用目的：支付宝支付与交易风控。
收集的个人信息：设备标识信息（如设备 MAC 地址、设备序列号、IMEI、Android ID、OAID 等）、设备型号与系统信息、网络信息，以及是否已安装支付宝应用的检测信息，用于支付安全与风险控制。

上述第三方 SDK 收集的信息主要用于实现相应功能与保障交易安全，我们不会将其用于与该功能无关的目的。若您不使用登录、分享或支付功能，相关 SDK 通常不会收集上述信息。

六、权限说明

相机：拍摄照片与实时取景、录制实况/视频。
相册/媒体：保存作品、读取您选择的照片。
麦克风 / 语音识别（若启用）：语音意图输入与转文字。
网络：完成 AI 云端分析、会员支付、版本更新等联网功能。

七、存储与安全

我们使用业界常见措施保护传输安全（如 HTTPS）。
您的偏好设置与滤镜选择等仅存储在设备本地。
照片仅在您主动拍摄保存时写入您的本地相册。

八、未成年人

若您未满当地法律规定的年龄，请在监护人同意与指导下使用本应用。我们不以未成年人为主要受众主动收集超出服务必要的信息。

九、您的权利

在适用法律允许的范围内，您可请求访问、更正、删除与您使用本应用相关的信息，或限制某些处理。

账号注销：本应用支持微信授权登录形成账号（用于会员开通、AI 使用额度等）。您可随时在「我的」页面点击「注销账号」主动注销。注销后，我们将删除该账号在服务端的会员状态、AI 使用额度等相关数据，并清除本应用在您设备上的登录态与本地缓存。账号注销不可恢复，请谨慎操作；注销后如需继续使用相关账号功能，需重新登录形成新账号。您在设备本地相册中已保存的照片不受影响，可自行管理。

十、政策变更

我们可能适时修订本政策，并在本应用内更新展示内容及生效日期。重大变更时，我们将通过应用内提示或其他合理方式告知。

Welcome to Mola Cam. This app is developed and operated by Shanghai Vision Quadrant Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). We take your privacy and security seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information related to you. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree to this policy; if you do not agree, please stop using the app.

[Special Notice: Sensitive Personal Information We Process]

To provide shooting, login, payment, and troubleshooting features, this app and the third-party SDKs it integrates process the following sensitive personal information, which we prominently disclose to you:

(1) Device identifiers: device MAC address, device serial number, IMEI, Android ID, OAID and similar device identifiers;

(2) Photos and image information: photos you capture or select for processing, saving, or AI analysis, and any people depicted in them.

The purpose and method of collecting the above sensitive information, and the corresponding third-party SDKs, are detailed in Sections 2, 4, and 5. Except as necessary to provide the relevant features, we do not collect sensitive information unrelated to those features, nor do we use it for user profiling or ad targeting.

1. Current Account & Community Feature Status

This app provides WeChat-authorized login, used for account-related features such as enabling membership and tracking AI usage quota. Apart from this, the app does not provide phone-number login, plaza/community posting, comments, following, or public personal profiles. We do not ask for your phone number to log in, nor do we operate any community feature that publicly displays your photos or text to other users. You may delete your account at any time on the "Me" page; see "9. Your Rights" below.

2. Information We Collect

1. Content you generate while using the app

Photos: content you capture with the camera or select for processing or saving.
Text: shooting intentions you enter, AI prompts, and other text you actively input.

2. Device & logs

To ensure service quality, account security, payment risk control, and troubleshooting, we and the third-party SDKs we integrate may collect the following device-related information: device identifiers (such as device MAC address, device serial number, IMEI, Android ID, OAID and similar identifiers), device model, operating system version, device settings, and crash/runtime logs.
To complete WeChat/Alipay login, sharing, and payment, the relevant payment and open-platform SDKs may detect whether the corresponding app is installed on your device (reading installed-app information relevant to this app), in order to determine whether WeChat/Alipay can be invoked to complete payment or sharing.
The above does not include your contacts, SMS content, or call records. Device identifiers and installed-app detection are mainly collected and used by third-party SDKs within the scope of their functions; see the "Third-Party SDK Directory" below.

3. Sensor information

To provide the "level" guide line while framing a shot (indicating whether the frame is horizontal), we read the device's accelerometer (gravity/acceleration) data to compute the device's tilt (roll) angle in real time.
How it is collected: read in real time via the system sensor interface, only while you are using the camera framing screen; it stops as soon as you leave.
Scope of use: this data is used solely in your device's local memory to draw the level reference line. It is not stored, not uploaded to our servers or any third party, and not used to identify you or for any other purpose.

4. In-app purchases

If membership or other in-app purchases are enabled, payment will be completed through in-app payment channels (such as Alipay or WeChat Pay); we do not receive or store your full bank card number. To complete payment and risk control, payment-channel SDKs may collect device identifiers, MAC address, device serial number, and installed-app information; see the "Third-Party SDK Directory" below.

3. Face Data

This app does not collect, upload, or store biometric data that can identify you personally (such as face templates, depth maps, or facial geometry meshes).

To enable framing guidance and portrait-related features that run entirely on your device, we may use the system's on-device face detection to obtain, in memory, the approximate position of a face within the frame (a bounding box), used to locate the region for local processing. This process is completed on your phone, and face detection results are not transmitted to our servers.

Face-related data is not used for identity recognition, user profiling, ad targeting, or any purpose unrelated to shooting assistance. Intermediate data generated by on-device face detection resides only in memory and is released after processing; it is not persistently stored.

4. Third-Party AI Services (Image Transmission & Use)

When you actively use features such as AI photo analysis, AI assistance, or style guidance, we transmit the images involved in that feature over HTTPS-encrypted connections to third-party AI services to generate text suggestions or analysis results.

Service providers: currently domestic large-model providers (including but not limited to StepFun, Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Qianwen DashScope, and Volcano Engine Doubao).
Data transmitted: primarily the static photos you capture or select for analysis, and related prompt text. We do not transmit your contacts, SMS content, or files unrelated to the feature.
Purpose: to obtain shooting guidance and composition and lighting suggestions, displayed to you within the app.
Your control: when you do not use AI features, the related cloud analysis is not performed; you can still use local shooting and basic features that do not rely on this service.

The way service providers handle transmitted data may change as their official rules are updated; please refer to their latest published documents.

5. Third-Party SDK Directory

To enable login, sharing, and payment features, this app integrates the following third-party SDKs. These SDKs may collect and use your personal information within the scope required for their functions. The specific data-processing rules of each SDK are governed by its official disclosures.

1. WeChat OpenSDK Android

SDK name: 微信OpenSDK Android (WeChat OpenSDK Android)
Developer: Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.
Purpose: WeChat login, WeChat sharing, and WeChat Pay.
Personal information collected: device identifiers (such as device MAC address, device serial number, Android ID, OAID), network status information, and detection of whether the WeChat app is installed.

2. APP Payment Client SDK (Alipay)

SDK name: APP支付客户端SDK (Alipay APP Payment Client SDK)
Developer: 支付宝(杭州)信息技术有限公司 (Alipay (Hangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd.)
Purpose: Alipay payment and transaction risk control.
Personal information collected: device identifiers (such as device MAC address, device serial number, IMEI, Android ID, OAID), device model and system information, network information, and detection of whether the Alipay app is installed, used for payment security and risk control.

Information collected by the above third-party SDKs is used mainly to implement the corresponding features and safeguard transaction security; we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those features. If you do not use login, sharing, or payment features, these SDKs generally do not collect the above information.

6. Permissions

Camera: capturing photos, live framing, and recording live/video.
Album/Media: saving works and reading photos you select.
Microphone / Speech recognition (if enabled): voice intent input and speech-to-text.
Network: to complete online features such as AI cloud analysis, membership payment, and version updates.

7. Storage & Security

We use industry-common measures to protect transmission security (such as HTTPS).
Your preferences and filter selections are stored only locally on your device.
Photos are written to your local album only when you actively capture and save them.

8. Minors

If you are under the age required by local law, please use this app with the consent and guidance of a guardian. We do not primarily target minors or actively collect information beyond what is necessary for the service.

9. Your Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete information related to your use of this app, or restrict certain processing.

Account deletion: This app supports WeChat-authorized login to form an account (used for membership and AI usage quota, etc.). You may delete your account at any time by tapping "Delete Account" on the "Me" page. After deletion, we will delete the account's server-side data such as membership status and AI usage quota, and clear this app's login state and local cache on your device. Account deletion is irreversible, so please proceed with caution; if you wish to use account-related features again afterwards, you will need to log in again to create a new account. Photos already saved in your device's local album are not affected and can be managed by you.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time and update the displayed content and effective date within the app. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice or other reasonable means.
